Southern Oregon High Performance Enterprise Consortium (SOHPEC) is a broad cross-section of enterprises who have the vision, mission, and management commitment to achieve “world-class” performance capabilities. SOHPEC promotes enterprise excellence for success in today’s and tomorrow’s competitive environment by setting performance benchmarks and sharing information, training and resources. Our membership includes small, medium and large manufacturing companies and service businesses as well as non-profit organizations. SOHPEC vision is to create a community of independent enterprises helping each other compete with and win against the world's best, while building financially-sound, environmentally-conscious, creatively-managed and resource-rich organizations.
