Region 12 Workforce Investment Board — Morrow, Umatilla Counties

The Region 12 Workforce Investment Board serves Umatilla and Morrow Counties as a one-stop resource for job seekers and employers. The RWIB works together to enhance opportunities for job seekers, to assist with skill building and training, and to assist employers with their employee recruitment and training needs. The Board works with community networks to ensure that workforce development services are provided to job seekers in a way that is responsive to the needs of workers, employers and communities. Such services include, but are not limited to career counseling, job training and job search assistance.
