Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. (OTI)

Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. (OTI) promotes the success of women in the trades through education, leadership and mentorship. OTI provides job listings, educational programs, networking meetings, policy actions and other opportunities for women in trades. The TO GO program reaches out to young women and educates them about career opportunities in the trades. The Pathways to Success Program helps adult women interested in trades careers plan their pathways to entry-level work in the trades and apprenticeships. Tradeswomen Organized for Outreach, Leadership and Support (TOOLS) gives tradeswomen the tools they need to advocate for women's equal representation in the trades.
