Based in Central Oregon, HiDEC is an organization dedicated to providing access to quality training, continuing education and a creative forum for sharing ideas to achieve world-class performance. HiDEC’s primary goal is to assist Central Oregon enterprises in achieving world-class performance through:

2. Learning Tours
3. Round tables
4. Open Forums.

HiDEC holds monthly training sessions to share best practices and professionally developed curriculum in productivity and process improvement, lean waste reduction and other continuous improvement training. HiDEC's members, representing 20 companies and more than 3,500 employees from every community in Central Oregon, meet regularly for industry roundtables to discuss common issues and hold learning tours throughout the region at member manufacturing operations.
